Kim Frank, CEO, President, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Ms. Frank is the vision behind the GetN2it! Network and WeKruz’ business model. She is responsible for all management, operations, creative oversight, technology oversight and legal affairs. Her experiences as the founder of several businesses and a management consulting firm specializing in counseling start-ups, entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, coupled with her five year tenure as General Counsel, Director and a member of the management team of a $200 million holding company and its high tech and consumer electronics operating subsidiaries have uniquely equipped her to provide insight into the realities facing Internet start-ups. Her dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors. She is involved with several non-profit organizations such as the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation and Women's Enterprise Development Corporation, which train entrepreneurs and advises new and emerging businesses. Ms. Frank has a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Northridge.
Cathryn Mehrtens, Vice President Business Development, Founder and a Director
Ms. Mehrtens is a founder and is responsible for all marketing, business development and affiliate relations. She has spent more than ten years providing marketing and event planning services to companies and firms. Her clients have included Latham & Watkins, The Discovery Channel, Roland Corporation and Nakamichi Peripherals Corporation. Prior to joining the N2inline.com team, Ms. Mehrtens was primary consultant to the Marketing Department of Latham and Watkins, the fifth largest law firm in the country and known throughout the industry for its marketing leadership. She is also the founder of SFG Enterprises, Inc., a mortgage brokerage firm and has a B.A. in Biology from Middlebury College.
Ken Frank, Director of E-Commerce and Operations, Founder and a Director
Mr. Frank is a founder and is responsible for developing relationships with retailers who establish GetN2it! StoreFronts within the GetN2it.com Network and for managing operations of each GetN2it! Community. He is our retail guru and works directly with retailers and manufacturers helping them to maximize their revenue from the GetN2it! StoreFronts. Mr. Frank has over twenty years of retail experience, 15 of which has been as the executive responsible for all operations and new store development for large regional retail chains. He was also a principal of U-Save Auto Parts, which was a chain of automotive superstores before being sold. For the last fifteen years Mr. Frank has been active in the mortgage banking and business brokerage industries. He has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
Russell Kohn, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Kohn is the architect of the N2inline.com system and is responsible for the architecture, development, deployment, implementation and maintenance of all hardware, software, database, system and Internet technologies incorporated in the GetN2it! Communities. Mr. Kohn has tremendous experience applying proven workflow analysis techniques to assist growing service firms implement operational support data management systems. His clients include major talent agencies, record companies, universities, business consulting firms and pre-press publishing concerns. Mr. Kohn has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Horace Hertz, Advisor
Mr. Hertz is an advisor to WeKruz Productions. Mr. Hertz is currently the CFO of Javelin Systems, Inc. and has been involved with financing numerous start-up companies and built a very successful accounting practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and at Corbin & Wertz, a middle market regional accounting firm. Mr. Hertz has a M.S. in Mathematics from University of California, Irvine.
