Studio & Loft Condominiums
Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48-unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Studio Units
Our studios are single-room units furnished with one queen-size murphy bed, a queen-size sofa bed and a single full bath, units like you would find in a hotel. But Scenic Wonders studios offer you much more. Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, microwave, full size or bar size refrigerators, coffee makers, toasters and condiments.
Our studios also offer 25"color televisions, VCRs with a large free videotape library, fireplaces and private outdoor decks with propane barbeques. A studio rental is perfect for mom, dad and a couple of children, but we wouldn’t recommend a studio for four adults unless you are family or very close friends, and don’t mind sleeping on a sofa bed.
Loft Units
Our loft units are two-level open-space rooms with two bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level you will have either one or two queen beds and one full or 3/4 bath. On the main level you have one queen sofa bed in the living room, and one full bath. with fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, microwave, full size or bar size refrigerators, coffee makers, toasters and condiments.
Our loft units also offer 25"color televisions, VCRs with a large free videotape library, fireplaces and private outdoor decks with propane barbeques. Lofts will sleep 6 comfortably.
