Chateau Royale 3/2-Bedroom Duplex Home

As far as Yosemite mountain lodging goes, it doesn’t get more luxurious than the Chateau Royale! This magnificent custom 3/2-bedroom duplex home, with two separable home living spaces, is the crown jewel of Yosemite West. Both the east and west wings can be rented together for those most special family reunions.

Chateau East

Chateau East is the original portion of this unique mountain home, onto which a west wing was added in 1992. This unit has much of the same decor as the main portion of the house and sleeps six very comfortably.

The main floor has one bedroom and a full bath, with the living room, kitchen, dining area, that open out to a beautiful deck with wonderful views of the mountains and pine trees. The spacious loft above has 2 queen-size beds, and is perfect for mom, dad and the kids.

There is a fireplace in the living room and is shared by the dining area for those intimate evening dinners.

With estate-style curb appeal, you will be proud to entertain your guests here at Chateau West. This home also has wonderful views from the living room and the wrap-around deck with gazebo. When guests are visiting us on their honeymoon, this is where we suggest they stay!

Built on the side of a mountain, this unique three-level home has it all. Starting on the top level you will find a reading area and two bedrooms, one bedroom being the master suite with a master bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, TV/VCR, large airy windows with high open beam ceiling, and a private outdoor balcony.

The master bath has an oversized Jacuzzi spa with an attached shower by its side, wall to wall marble floors, with 14k gold fixtures, and a TV/VCR you can watch while you soak and relax. The other bedroom is cozy and secluded, and also has a queen bed.

On the main floor, you will find the living room, dining area with a 1/2 bath, and a gourmet kitchen that has marble floors and tiled counter tops. The living room has a high open beam ceiling with recess lighting and opens out to the main deck.

The lower floor has one bedroom, with a queen bed, one full bath and a wet bar with a TV. And for endless hours of play for the children, a bonus playroom with another wet bar, air hockey and foosball Soccer tables.
