The leadership program, designed for teens desiring future leadership roles as summer camp counselors, is a great opportunity for exceptional campers to develop their leadership skills.

Campers in the leadership program will participate in practical training, discussions and activities that will mark their transition from camper to leader.

Leaders are never asked to directly supervise children, but are expected to show their commitment to developing the skills that will make them great leaders at camp and in the community overall. Campers will assist counselors in program activities, cabin life, and in the day-to-day running of camp.

All leaders will also become CPR and First Aid Certified as well as having the opportunity to participate in a special overnight camping trip.

Note: This is an advanced program for campers who are at least 15 years old and entering 10th and 11th grades.
