Here are answers to many of the questions we are asked about our camps. If you have additional questions, please email us. We'll answer as quickly as possible.

Is my child ready for camp?
Parents are expected to evaluate their child prior to enrollment. Your child must be ready to be away from home for the duration of the camp session with no parental contact with the exception of written letters. Mild homesickness is natural and our camp mom will be ready with hugs and motherly advice.

Parents should think twice before sending campers who have limited experience away from home or who are not excited about participating in camp as there are no refunds for campers unable to stay the duration of their session.

Basically, we expect campers to arrive with a positive attitude -- ready to make new friends and learn new skills! WeÍll be waiting for them with open arms, fun activities and good food!

Will my child love camp?
We do everything we can to ensure that our campers have the best summer possible, making new friends, learning new skills, and building memories they will always cherish. We offer the finest activities, instructors, counselors, facilities, equipment, and food and could not be located in a more beautiful setting.

Do you offer any discounts?
We offer multiple session discounts and early bird discounts. See our Pricing Schedule.

When is my payment due?
A $500 deposit per child is required upon signup. Final payment is due in full for all sessions by June 1st, 2002.

What if my child wants to attend additional sessions?
After June 1st, all payments must be made by credit card. Simply call our office to add sessions (space permitting).

What if my plans change?
Should you withdraw your child from camp prior to May 1st, you will receive a full refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee per child. After May 1st, there will be no refunds.

What is the camp store?
The Pali Adventures camp store is open for one hour each day Monday through Friday. Campers may purchase items such as snacks, drinks or toys, as well as necessities such as toothpaste, sunblock, laundry service or disposable cameras. The suggested camp store pre-payment is $25 per week.

The camp store gives the campers access to the items they want or need and teaches them to budget their money for the duration of their stay. Any remaining balance in a camper”s account will be returned in September, at the end of the season.

What are your dismissal and refund policies?
In order to provide a positive experience for all campers, Pali Adventures maintains the right to dismiss campers. Cooperation and mutual respect are requirements of the camp community.

Campers dismissed or removed from camp for any reason will receive no refunds.

Do you have other camps or facilities?
We also operate Pali Camp, a traditional day camp for children 5-15 years old. Also available is Pali Mountain Camp and Conference Center for non-summer group meetings and recreation. Find out more here.
