These are general guidelines for all production projects. Remember that the actual turnaround time for any project is always dependent upon the receipt of all necessary materials client logos, client-specified fonts, etc.) and the department's workload. In addition, projects that require outside vendors (film, photography, printing, illustrations, etc.) may need additional time, based on our resource schedules. Production schedules begin after all the pertinent information and signed client estimates are received in Traffic. If a client does not adhere to the provided production schedule, the timeline and estimate may change. Projects that have missing information will be delayed. Projects requiring additional work or major changes will receive a revised schedule and estimate which will reflect those changes. All requests received after 3pm PST will being the following business day. NOTE: All time frames are based on business or working days.
