Full responsibility for enterprise-wide projects is assumed by eMed under this support plan. Organization, coordination, and administration are included for all phases of system implementation. Modality vendors and telecommunications providers are dealt with by the eMed support team, ensuring ease of installation for the institution.
Site planning, system setup, project implementation, and ongoing support are included, as are process management services such as the creation of project timelines and the setting of milestones. Technical strategies, system configuration, resource (and contingency) plans, and acceptance criteria are provided as components of this service.
