Request a new login account.

If you have a hosted web account with DGS, you may modify or add new users here.

Choose a unique login, or USER name. User names are up to 16 characters and consist of lower case alphabetic characters or digits, however they must start with an alphabetic character. Do not use hyphens, underlines, punctuation and exclamation characters or names beginning with a number.

Unfortunately, many common login names, such as “sales,” “info,” and “webmaster” or names like “andy,” “michael” or “sarah,” may be reserved or in use, so try to think of an uncommon word or number-letter combination. You can also use a combination of your initials and first or last names, such as saraht or jmonroe, or add a period between names, like james.patterson. If your selection is unavailable, we may ask you to supply an alternative name.

Next, choose a password that you can remember. The password values can be up to 8 characters long. For security reasons you may want to use a password that is 6 to 8 characters in length and that has at least one non-alphabetic character. Choose passwords that are easy to remember, so they do not have to be written down. Don’t forget to confirm your password value using the provided field. Also write this information down and save separately in case you need it again.
