On behalf of the Exhibitors, ILDE designates official Show Contractors to provide the following: drayage, cartage, furniture, booth and floor decorations, signs, photographs, telephone service, plant and floral, etc. Their information regarding the rental of tables, chairs, tablecloths, skirts, easy-ups, extension cords, etc., and means of contact will be available shortly. Services of electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other labor will be available and charged for at the prevailing rates.

ILDE and WholePet assume no responsibility or liability for any of the services performed or materials delivered by any and all Show Contractors. Arrangements for these services and payments are to be made between the official Show contractors and the Exhibitors. The local unions make rules and regulations for union labor and these regulations may be changed at any time. Where union labor is required because of building or contractor requirements, exhibitors agree to comply with such regulations.

CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO TEN (10) DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. CREDIT CARDS OR CASH ARE THE ONLY METHOD OF PAYMENT THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW AND AT THE SHOW SITE.
