Accurate Description of Requested Work:

You warrant that the information you have provided for this quotation (types of equipment to be installed, delivery address, schedule availability dates, anticipated scope of work to be performed) is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Additional Charges May Apply:

You understand that outside of the specific description of work performed at the level of service you choose, additional services performed incur costs above and beyond your payment. Installation fees do not include permits, extra parts, or extra labor.

Direct Replacement Only:

Disconnection, normal extraction, reconnection to existing services (excluding refrigerator waterline and window air conditioners) are included in our quotations. Delivery and haul-away are not included in your fee, but are available for an additional charge.

Scheduling:

Our installer will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm a 2-4 hour time window for your installation.

Adult Must Be Present:

A person 18 years of age or older must be present during installation, because we require that an adult sign our installation control form to acknowledge completion of service.

Fees Non-Refundable:

Installation fees, pre-paid online or for authorized additional parts and labor, are NON-REFUNDABLE after installation is completed.

DISCLAIMER & WAIVER:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond our control. If our ability to render services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond our control, we may choose not to provide services. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present. For any un-installation services provided, you agree that we shall not be responsible for repairing any damage or changes made to your residence.
